Everything was great - only a few notes. Pros1\. Hot tub was clean and fun for a winter activity. 2\. Kids loved the downstairs area3\. The woods in the backyard were fun for some outdoor adventures. 4\. House is large, modern and clean. Cons1\. The basement was cold. Like really cold. We needed to double or triple up on blankets for everyone sleeping down there. There needs to be a thermostat down there. I’m not sure there’s much they can do to quickly rectify that but it did impact our feelings about the house. 2\. Only one roll of paper towels - we needed to go out to buy more3\. More towels needed as well especially with the hot tub4\. Communication via text with the management company was convenient but most of our questions came after 5pm and before 9am so i felt it wasn’t super helpful. ##### Lory M.
