Lots of space to run and play, 8 minutes from downtown Grass Valley, 10 from downtown Nevada City, 15 minutes from the Yuba River at Bridgeport. Nice workspace with WiFi, laundry, full kitchen, no dishwasher. Large TV and Wi-Fi. Our home was built in 1940\. It has been well-cared for, but please expect some normal wear and patina inside and out. The space 4 bedrooms. Main Bedroom - King Bed Guest Bedroom - Queen Bed Guest Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds Basement Bedroom - 1 Twin Bed Office Desk Kitchen with breakfast nook Main Area is dining room and living room combined. Evenings we spent out on the back porch listening to the crickets and birds. 3 diffrent times at dusk we had buck's wander through the yard.
