Enjoy the charm of the Périgord countryside in this T3 of 50 m² completely renovated and on one level. If it is located on the ground floor of a stone house, the accommodation offers the total privacy of a detached house:
- Totally independent entrance with private gate.
- Parking of your vehicle under shelter in your fully fenced private space.
- Separate private garden (the other part of the house has its own access and parking via another street).
A haven of freshness in summer: thanks to its thick stone walls, its semi-underground location, its surrounding vegetation and its through windows equipped with mosquito nets and electric shutters, the accommodation retains optimal natural coolness (23°C to 25°C even during hot weather at 40°C!). A ceiling fan in the living room brings a pleasant breeze if needed.
Beds & Layout (4 to 5 adults)
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 160×200 cm (possibility of installing a baby cot brought by you).
- Modular bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80 cm) or 1 large double bed (160 cm) according to your needs.
- Living room: New sofa bed (140×190 cm).
- Sanitary facilities: Modern bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet.
- Bed linen included, towels optional.

- Equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, DolceGusto capsule coffee maker, and everything you need to cook.
- Tech & Connectivity: Dedicated Fibre Wi-Fi (secure guest access), small connected TV (possibility to connect to your Netflix accounts, Prime Video, etc.).
- Outside: Terrace and fully fenced private garden. You will find a bench, a sunpad, a mini-garden table for your breaks in the fresh air (indoor chairs can also be used outside).

The garden is well enclosed, but located in the countryside with the passage of wild animals/stray cats. Your companion must be educated, clean and used to this environment.
