"We have stayed here before and had an excellent stay. Unfortunately since the refurbishment they have put in very small double beds which we found way too small, I nearly fell out during the night. Everything else was good"

I was allocated a smoking room which stank like an ashtray. I asked to move to another room and was told that they were full and couldn't move me, however later I heard someone just checking in being offered an option for a smoking or no smoking room
