Be enchanted by the idyllic surroundings while staying in our two attic apartments in traditional Austrian style, designed with lots of wood to create a warm atmosphere. As a special highlight, the Sommercard Nationalpark is included from May to October, offering unforgettable opportunities for exploration and adventure in the region. There is no door connecting the accommodations  
The majestic Krimml Waterfalls and the breathtaking Grossglockner High Alpine Road are waiting to be discovered. Go on unforgettable hikes in the Hohe Tauern National Park and enjoy outdoor fun all year round in the Wildkogel Arena. The Habachtal impresses with its emeralds, and in Mittersill you can experience charming city life. Dare to take a speedy ride on the world's longest lit toboggan run in Bramberg. Discover this versatile region and experience unforgettable moments in Austria's nature  
The accommodation consists of several separate housing units that are not directly connected to each other  
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine  
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner  
Nationalpark Sommer Card is included with stay from May to October
