On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Neukirchen, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 1 km from the lake, 2 km from the skiing area, 100 m from the river, in the countryside. For shared use: garden (not fenced), lawn for sunbathing. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Bread roll service on request. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Neukirchen West" 1.8 km, railway station "Rosenthal" 2.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Blausee" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 2 km, ski lift 2 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Nearby attractions: Krimmler Wasserfälle. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Gebirgsee 14 km, Blausee 1 km.
