This holiday apartment offers 2 large bedrooms, one of which is an old granary from the 18th century which has been completely restored and integrated into the house, a children's room with bunk beds, a bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna and a gallery. Parking is available directly at the holiday home. Neuhaus near Lavamünd in Carinthia is a municipality in the Völkermarkt district and is located about 4 km from the Slovenian-Austrian border. The area is known for beautiful hiking and cycling tours. The nearest bathing lake is the natural bathing lake Lavamünd (approx. 3 km), and Lake Klopeiner See can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. You can ski either in the Petzen ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes or in the Koralpe ski area in the Lavanttal with 18 kilometers of slopes and 5 lifts. Directly in the town, in Wolfsberg or in Völkermarkt there are sufficient shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants. Super sauber überall und sehr gemütlich, tolle Dekoration und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Urig ist der alte Getreidespeicher, der als gemütliches Schlafzimmer dient und um den das Haus herum gebaut worden ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, im Grünen, Garten und Wiese drum herum, aber trotzdem ist man in 3 Autominuten auf der Landstraße. Wir sind mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern (1,5 und 3,5 Jahre) zwei Wochen dort gewesen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es ist eine sehr großzügige Ferienwohnung mit einem Dachgeschoss, dass jedem Kleinkind die Augen zum Leuchten bringt. Wirklich klasse! Zusätzlich liegt der Hof in einer Sackgasse und ist eingeschlossen vom Wald, wodurch man die Kinder auf dem Hof spielen lassen kann und auch sonst seine Ruhe hat. Auch auf dem Grundstück ist alles sehr gepflegt und ebenfalls für die Kinder ausreichend zum Toben und Spielen vorhanden. Jedes Elternteil weiß, wie wertvoll es ist, wenn man mal 5 min auf einer Liege seine Ruhe genießen kann, ohne ständig auf die Kleinen zu achten. Ein großes Lob auch an die Vermieter, sehr herzlich und freundlich. Alles top! Wir können die Unterkunft voll und ganz empfehlen. ##### Susann B. De keuken is compleet ingericht, de badkamer is netjes met genoeg kastjes om je spullen in op te bergen. Drie ruime slaapkamers en ook nog een hele grote open zolder waar kinderen kunnen spelen. Alle ramen hebben horren. De woonkamer heeft een grote zitbank. Wi-Fi werkte prima. Het bed lag heerlijk. In het zwembad konden we lekker afkoelen. Ook ideaal dat we de wasmachine konden gebruiken. Het was heerlijk rustig in een mooie omgeving. Boodschappen deden we bij de Lidl in Slovenie. Kortom, we hebben geen enkel minpunt kunnen bedenken. We hadden een relaxte super vakantie! Die Gegend ist etwas zu ruhig gewesen als erwartet aber im allgemeinen hat uns die Wohnung sehr überzeugt. Beide Räume waren eigentlich schön, aber die eine aus Holz mit Rosa details war wirklich ein Traum. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gab sehr viele Spielzeuge für Kinder. Sogar ein Babybett und Hochstuhl gab es. Einziges Manko ist es sind sehr viele Flieger im Wohnung obwohl die Jahreszeit kalt ist. Ich kann es aber trotzdem weiterempfehlen. Der Turnerhof ist großartig, die Fereinwohnung ein Traum. Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet, so dass man am liebsten bleiben möchte. Die Kinder wären gerne eingezogen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man kann sofort loswandern (oder pilgern). In der Umgebung gibt es alte Burgen und Klöster, Berge zu besteigen oder Höhlen zu erkunden. Die Landschaft ist wunderbar. Die Gastgeber sind mehr als herzlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden bestens umsorgt und super-gastfreundlich betreut. Die Kids liebten die Traktorfahrten mit Peter. Die Ferienwohnung selber ist ein Traum. Die ländliche Idylle, die Ruhe und das schöne Panorama machen diese Ferienwohnung echt zu einem sensationellen Erlebnis. Die Wohnung selber wurde mit viel liebe zum detail renoviert und man fühlt sich echt Sau wohl. Alles in allem war das sicher nicht der letzte Besuch dort.
