Dolce apartment on the beach of the Baie Nettlé NBBC

  • Modern and completely renovated apartment located on the beach of Nettle Bay. Closed residence with night watchman, several swimming pools are at your disposal with a magnificent sea view, direct access to the beach, tropical garden and a parking spot. You will be charmed by its huge living space with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave.). The living room has a sofa bed and access to a terrace with panoramic views. The room is equipped with a dressing. It is an air-conditioned apartment with wifi access. Possibility to smoke on the terrace.
    Ideal location, 3 min walk from a supermarket open 7/7, bakery and restaurants, water sports.
    Ideally located just 10 minutes from the Dutch side known for its casinos and atmospheric bar. And 5 minutes from Marigot capital of the French part.
    5 minutes walk from several restaurants Mezza luna (we love), Coté Lagon .... a mini-market open 7/7, a gas station and a pharmacy.
    About 8 min walk you will find a bakery, a wine cellar.
    And 3 minutes walk from a nautical center (jet ski, luxury boat rental ....)
    This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
