Dans l’ensemble, tout était parfait et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le seul petit bémol concerne l’arrivée avant 15 h : même si la chambre est déjà prête, des frais de 25 £ sont demandés pour pouvoir en prendre possession plus tôt. C’est un détail que nous avons trouvé vraiment décevant.

Our shower curtain was so short it let out all the water so we had a soaking wet floor after every shower.
I did message the hotel via this app twice to ask for a travel cot and I did not get a reply.
Staff at the front desk were really lovely.
