We stay at this property every time we come to Liverpool , it is an excellent hotel in a convenient position with easy access to Liverpool lime street and shopping . There is a car park which is free use to guests but if staying after checkout it is reasonable at £4 for about four hours .

Fantastic location. Big apartment, comfy bed and spotless bathroom. Only thing we could pick up on was oven needed a clean but as we were only there for one night no issue. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at shankleys some parts of hotel are ready for a make over but room was clean and tidy, my only gripe was no usb ports in room sockets either side of bed should be changed. Would recommend this hotel very central.

Really enjoyed our stay, hotel is in a great location for the centre of Liverpool, the hotel was very smart and clean, Sky Bar was excellent. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, will definitely stay here again.
