"The house was cute, comfortable, and welcoming. The location was very convenient with a short walk leading to the shops at Depoe Bay and a view of the ocean. The suggestions in the check-in email were great. The arcade was fun and the neighborhood was quiet. Other reviews mention an uneven floor, which is true, but not really an issue. It seems to be typical of a lot of older buildings in the area; we noticed similar issues in one of the high-end shops. Quick drive to Lincoln City and Newport....

"Our room was very spacious for the price. This property was built in 1944 and with the exception of a few updates, the rooms seem as they are essentially the same as when they were built. The front staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean. Overall the room was very quiet. Ther is no air conditioning for our room but a fan was provided."
