The villa "Wonderful Villa Princessa" is located in Nerja just a short walk from the beach. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (access to the 3rd bedroom is outside and not inside the apartment) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate a maximum of 6 people (including adults, children and babies) - ideal for a family holiday. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Take a break in your pool and enjoy the beautiful sea and mountain views after having spent a relaxing day at the beach.

This was a fantastic villa with a great host, excellent living space, pool, gardens. It is 15 mins walk down to Burriana beach, a little longer back as it's quite a steep hill.

The pool was very clean and in great condition. Villa is in a good location, (although hill up from the beach is steep) with a great choice of restaurants just down the hill. Easy walk into town. All in all a very relaxing holiday. A car was unnecessary. There are good bus services from Nerja

Pros: Martin and Anneke made us feel very welcome at Villa Erfordia. We were very pleased with the standard of the accommodation. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea was fantastic. Especially when enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine as the sun was setting. The children loved the private pool and we had many an enjoyable hour playing water polo. On our second day the kettle stopped working and the kitchen bulb needed replacing. I sent an early morning text to let Martin know. A couple of hours later Anneke arrived with a new kettle and Martin replaced the bulb. Nothing was a problem. We plan on visiting Nerja again in the future and will certainly contact Martin and Anneke again to see what accommodation they have available.

Huset ligger dock högt uppe så det är rätt brant uppför på hemvägen från stranden, man får bra kondition men inget för svaga.
