It has hot / cold air conditioning throughout the house (included in the price). 1.5 km from Burriana Beach, where you will find bars. restaurants, beach bars and water activities. Just 5 minutes from the center of Nerja, which enjoys many services and benefits. It is located in a very peaceful area and parking was never a problem. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. It is about a 25 walk into the centre of Nerja which is not a problem at night but I would not recommend you walk in the heat of the day or even back to the villa as it is an uphill climb.
