There is car parking immediately outside the villa, and the communal swimming pools, restaurant, bar and shop are a few minutes' walk away. This property has been totally refitted to a high standard with new furniture and brand new kitchen and bathrooms, whilst also maintaining some of the original Capistrano furniture in the bedrooms. The villa has a large open-plan living area with fully-fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), which leads onto a large sun terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a portable BBQ, and from there, steps take you down to the private garden. On the ground (entrance) floor there is also a double bedroom and a shower room with WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which also share a terrace which is furnished with comfy chairs and a table. The bedrooms share a spacious shower room. The outdoor space was perfect and it was great to have access to all communal areas. It was a perfect location especially when using the €1 bus that takes you to the beach and town. The nearest beach is a 25 minute walk away, but bear in mind that it is downhill so get ready to walk uphill back Home! The bedrooms were nice however the downstairs bedroom didnt have drapes and all the light could come in in the morning waking you up and it didnt have AC either, but it did have a fan. When we brought up the drapes problem Juliet and the office staff were quick to help us and find a solution. The upstairs bathroom did have a weird smell like sewage. Besides that the house is great, full of space and well equiped both in the kitchen with multiple appliances and even stuff to take to the beach like chairs and games.
