It is a comfortable and spacious 95 m² accommodation. With views of the sea and the mountain, it is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Nerja that is quiet and at the same time very accessible. The property is divided into two floors, on the ground floor it has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms communicates through the access of another bedroom. On the upper floor, it has a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen and a toilet, from the living room access is gained to a terrace with a table and chairs, it has a good barbecue to enjoy great moments. From the terrace there are spectacular views of the sea, of all of Nerja and of the mountains. This property has a washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking, television. The American kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen equipment. The area has a bus service that for just 1 € takes you to the centre of Nerja every hour during the day.
