It is a comfortable and spacious 95 m² accommodation. With views of the sea and the mountain, it is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Nerja that is quiet and at the same time very accessible. The property is divided into two floors, on the ground floor it has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms communicates through the access of another bedroom. On the upper floor, it has a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen and a toilet, from the living room access is gained to a terrace with a table and chairs, it has a good barbecue to enjoy great moments. From the terrace there are spectacular views of the sea, of all of Nerja and of the mountains. The weekly market (on Tuesdays) attracts many traders and buyers from all over the region and the town centre has a lively and pleasant atmosphere with many charming shops, tapas bars and restaurants.
