Casa Chloe is a beautiful, large, comfortable house with roof terrace and stunning panoramic views of the sea, mountains and Nerja town, perfectly located, only 7 minutes walk to Playa Buriana, Nerja's beautiful, award-winning and most popular beach and only 15 minutes walk to the nice restaurant area within the old town of Nerja. This is the house for you who really want to enjoy your time in Nerja! The house, the comfort, the location, the views, the terraces with its beautiful plants and flowers, the tranquility in the area, the wide range of electronics and kitchen utilities, the pool give you every opportunity for a truly relaxing holiday! A villa to enjoy: Start the day at the roof terrace. Enjoy the morning sun, tranquility and views of the sea, Nerja and the beautiful Sierra Almijara mountains. Take a swim in the pool which is only a few meters in front of the house. Eat a good breakfast on the terrace at the side of the house. Relax and get a nice tan at the sun loungers at the roof terrace or relax / read a book in the lounge furniture at the front terrace or at the balcony outside the master bedroom. Stroll down to Playa de Burriana. Swim and dive in the crystal clear water. When you are hungry, you can for example try Ayo's famous paella, cooked over an open fire. Always a lot of guests. Always good. When you come home from the beach, it's nice to take a swim in the pool. Relax in one of the sofas in the living room or in the stylish lounge furniture, on the front terrace or in the shadow beside the lemon tree at the backside terrace. Some may want to see a movie or play video games on big screen TV in the ground floor. Here is place enough for many, in the new sofa and in the armchair. There are showers in the 2 fresh bathrooms and there are some outdoor showers as well. There is a bath-tub at the bathroom upstairs. 2 bedrooms are located on the lower floor and 3 are located on the upper level, which make the house ideal for 2 families or a large family/group. We have had many groups who have a had a great time celebrating their jubilee birthdays in our house. The kitchen, hall, dining place, salon, and guest toilet is located at the entrance level. The dinner can be cooked at the grill on the terrace beside the house or in the bright, well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy a drink before the dinner at the roof terrace while watching the day's last rays of the sun, and the silhouettes of the mountains and the city at sunset. The dining table and comfortable chairs on the terrace next to the house invites for long dinners in the warm night. Would you rather eat in Nerja is a pleasant walk of about one quarter to the restaurant district of Old Town. When you go to bed you enjoy the large built-in wardrobes with enough space for your clothes and the comfortable beds (2 new king size beds and 6 single beds), the air condition in the 3 upper bedrooms and the remote controlled fans and the fresh air in the bedrooms at the ground floor. Cleaning of a property maintenance company is included in price. Freshly-made beds, shower-towel and towel for hands are provided. Nerja is considered by many to be the most beautiful coastal town on the Costa del Sol. The city has managed to retain its charm, with narrow pedestrian streets, white low houses, neat squares, hundreds of restaurants, outdoor cafes and tapas bars as well as the beautiful Balcony of Europe. It is also close to the famous caves, mountain village of Frigiliana, nice hikes in the mountains, the Alhambra Palace in Granada and great skiing possibilities in Sierra Nevada. We used the front terass with lounge funiture a lot! And the pool area as well. We were almost by our selfe there all the time. Wery quite and nice environment. The owners Lotta and Johan was wery good to ha e to do with! Everything you neded where in the house! We can highly recomend Casa Chloe! And of course Nerja that is a lovely place to stay in. Las 3 habitaciones de arriba más pequeñas. A mejorar: que los armarios empotrados de las habitaciones de arriba no tienen cajoneras y una renovación de la nevera no vendría mal. The apartment is spacious and light. The owner was very helpful sending detailed information regarding the apartment and appliances beofre our trip. This information was invaluable as we had chosen to use public transport and the directions and photographs had allowed us to have some recognition we had arrived to the correct apartment. This apartment is just as advertised with amazing views from the very large terrace. Plenty of seating and loungers to soak up the sun with sun shade accessible through the use of shades if required. There is the use of a pool located just across the street from the apartment. The apartment is situated not far from Burriana Beach which has plenty of restaurants and bars and Johan and Lotta had provided a useful guide to the various restaurants in Nerja. We had a great holiday. We also found Nerja a wonderful town still very Spanish and unspoilt by tourism. There is a large supermarket nearby which is very reasonably priced. There is a small supermarket at Burriana beach which is a bit more expensive. There are some very nice restaurants with good food, especially Bruxelles at Burriana Beach. This area is not for the faint hearted or people with walking difficulties, we counted 141 steps up from the town or a rather steep hill, either way it was enough to keep the pulse racing. The Balcon de Europa is a lovely area of Nerja and is highly recommended. A visit during the late afternoon into the evening provides stunning views of the sun setting over the sea. The taxis are quite easy to get hold of and the bars will ring for a taxi for you if needed. Could be problem with mobility as its at top of a hill and can be tiring in the heat. Nerja is an excellent location with superb tapas bars. The only complaint was the beach , there is an issue with the sewerage and it was visible in the sea the day we were there. Shame really avoid the beach until they sort it out. ##### paul s. Nära city och skönt att klara sig utan bil för att komma till stranden och Nerja för att äta på kvällarna. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka igen. ##### Ulf L. ---
