- Newly built apartment with an open floor plan, ocean views, and a spacious patio in a quiet and cosy area. As a guest, you have full access to the year-round pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, and umbrellas, which are shared with the other 7 apartments in the building.
Supermarkets, restaurants, and a gym/padel courts are available in the area. It takes just over 20 minutes to walk down to town and the beach; by car or taxi, it takes 5 minutes. Free street parking is available, as well as a garage under the building. A bus stop for the local bus is just a few minutes away.
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and large closets, a bathroom with a spacious shower, and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment features air conditioning in every room, a dishwasher, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a TV with Apple TV.
