The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 7-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Perla and Villa Topaz - and near all of our properties in the Parador area. Villa Zafiro has 3 bedrooms; a Kingsize master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and private sun terrace, plus two further twin rooms which share a bathroom on the ground floor. One of the twin bedrooms has French windows out to the pool area. Upstairs on the first floor is a stylish open plan living/dining and kitchen area with WC. There are terraces at each end, one overlooking the pool terrace and the other at the front with lovely views to the mountains. From the kitchen there are stairs leading up to a roof terrace also with wonderful views of the town, sea and mountains. Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (3.7m x 3.15m and 1.3 - 1.35 m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds. All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ... Nerja Paradise Rentals is a family run business operating privately owned properties in and around Nerja. We pride ourselves on the quality and comfort of our rental properties – our aim is to provide you a real home-from-home here in arguably the most beautiful spot on the Costa del Sol. Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored! The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Totally fabulous 3 weeks at Villa Zafiro Very quiet neighborhood. It was well equipped with all you need Perhaps little steps in the kitchen to reach the top shelves of cupboards instead of standing on a chair! Fabulous location to beach & Nerja town centre/restaurants by foot. The parking space at the villa is very tight not for a 4x4 ! Lots of street parking this time of year Had a few minor issues & the response from the agents was amazing First class service ... The staff at Paradise are very very helpful and friendly . The villa is a quiet residential area about 15mins walk from the Balcon de Europa with a short walk to Burriana Beach, steep incline back up though. The villa itself was spotless and for a holiday let reasonably well equipped for cooking. Nearby is a Spar for your basic needs. Loved all the different terraces and as all adults the pool area was fine. The only negatives for us were the one step down from the rear bedroom into the hall, especially at night if you need the bathroom, and the drop from the same bedroom to the pool area. Not really suitable f you have young children as pool is not enclosed off. We will definitely be back at some point Instructions for the hob would have been handy as although I now have an induction it took a while to suss yours. Maybe it was tiredness . The views from the roof are lovely however as my aunt pointed out it would be nicer if you could screen off the water tank. Maybe some sort of decorative trellis. We loved the pool and the very well equipped kitchen and nice terraces to every side of the house. The villa is in a great location - within walking distance to the beach as well as city center.
