The facilities are excellent everything that need and more. Location is perfect for the balcon and old part of nerja as everything is virtually on your doorstep. The roof terrace is absolutely amazing. The sofa area is so comfy you can proper chill out. Washing machine was great all clothes washed and dried to bring home. There are a number of steps from the main door to the accommodation door and to the roof terrace so if you have mobility problems this may be of an issue. The living accommodation is all on one level and there is a terrace off the main bedroom with seating. All in all we had a fantastic holiday which was made by staying here. Rooms worked well and great wardrobe and drawer space. Master bedroom bathroom is amazing and small balcony area too. Kitchen well equipped however we ate out so didn’t use facilities. Location is great, easy to find, just up from the old town and oh so quiet on both sides throughout the day and night. Great communication from host and helped by getting an extra set of keys which helped with us all doing things at different times. Terrace area is a great added extra to the apartment but we hardly used it due to being too warm and no cover from the shade. Located literally 10 minute walk from the beach and less than 5 to the top of the old town. Supermarkets a plenty and just a short walk away. Wi-Fi not powerful enough but we used our data so not a problem. I’d rebook this apartment and recommend it to others. ##### Marie M. Master bedroom has its own large en-suite shower room with double sink and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a large shower room. Decoration is very tasteful. The kitchen is stocked with good quality crockery and glasses, and has a built in microwave and oven, a decent size fridge/freezer and a large dishwasher. The terrace has soft seating as well as a dining table. There is also an outdoor shower, and a fridge to save trips up and down the stairs. The property is on the first floor and is accessed through a narrow double door shared with the downstairs apartment. The stair case is narrow. The light switch isn't obvious and it is easy to ring the door bell of the neighbours first time round! Only slight moans were that there were only towels put out for four rather than six occupants, and a property across the street was being refurbished, which meant that there was early morning noise and some additional dust. The information folder is also in Norwegian. It would help UK guests if some of the documents were in English (especially how to work the TV when the World Cup was on!).
