About this property

Modern apartment - private roof terrace - sea view - air con - communal pool

  • This beautiful modern and bright apartment has 2 terraces. One terrace is connected to the living room and has garden furniture. The biggest terrace, on the roof, offers you a loungeset, covered pergola and 2 sun beds. This terrace is private. Both terraces have stunning sea and mountain views!

    The apartment has a cosy living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a fiber optic internet and airconditioning in all rooms.

    There is a big communal seasonal swimming pool open from approx. mid June until mid October from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. It has a sunbathing area and some sunbeds are available. For our little guests a children´s pool is available. Free parking in the street.

    The beach and the lively center of Nerja are only 1500 meters away. A bus stop is 200 meters from the apartment. Moreover, Nerja is an excellent base for various trips in the area.
