Sunshine and the sound of the waves
Super apartment. Amazing development. Loved the design. The terrace is a stand out attraction. I could stare at that sea all day and never see the same shade of blue. The view changes as the day progresses. Great location for the beach, with bars and restaurants close by. Pool access included too, perfect for the evening swim before dinner. Access via motorway from Malaga in less than 1 hour was a dream. No issues parking. Great supermarket only up the lane. Nerja is just a lovely seaside town with a homely character. I felt settled and relaxed. I would return. the whole family agreed it was exactly what we needed. Good Tv when you want to relax and watch sky sports. Internet was fast. The gardens and whole estate are well maintained by a team who work tirelessly. Impressed. Only 2 things to point out… 1. the steps are many and frequent on the way to the beach …but it suited us fine. We got down in minutes and back up in only slightly more time. There’s a lift to the parking area but I enjoyed walking the different paths and steps that crisscrossed the development. 2. Sorry but the pics on Vrbo don’t quite do it justice. It felt bigger than it appeared in the pictures. Good value. Thanks to John and Isabel …both were helpful and responsive.

Wonderful view
Had a great 2 weeks staying at this apartment. Stunning views from the balcony overlooking Burriana beach. Apartment was well equipped so that we didn't have to eat out every night. Lovely and spacious with good WiFi and british TV channels. Bars, great restaurants and the beach down the steps. Nerja 30 mins walk away and good supermarket 15 mins walk away.

Great Apartment, Excellent Location
We really enjoyed our stay at Johns apartment. The apartment was really clean and had great views. The balcony is fantastic. Its large with a seating area and loungers which can be in the sun or shade. John is a great communicator and responds quickly to any queries. Hopefully we will return again in the future.

Beautiful location
Stayed in this property a number of times now. It’s modern and well equipped, but it’s the stunning views from spacious balcony that we love the most. Great location, short walk down to the beach through the lovely gardens and lots of nice bars and restaurants close by.

An outstanding apartment with impressive views in a perfect location
We arrived late evening to the apartment it was spotlessly clean. Situated on the side of a crescent shaped hill with a incredible views of the sea. A short walk down to the beach reveals many shops and restaurants on 2 levels. On the beach itself there are several areas with managed loungers and umbrellas, some shade is very welcome on those hot days. Restaurants at the beach offer a variety of food to suit and taste and they are reasonably priced. For the days when we planned to head out to do some sightseeing, the apartment is well positioned near the main arterial road running along the south coast. It is just a short drive into Nerja town where there are many shops and some wonderful restaurants. Well worth planning an evening or two at the Balcon de Europa in Nerja town, very busy and buzzy. We also had a couple of quiet evenings eating at the apartment, locally there are some impressive well stocked supermarkets one has a fabulous fish counter. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to use, so too the barbi on the terrace. Very pleased to find a dishwasher, saving lots time doing the washing up. There is WiFI and cable TV in the apartment so it is possible to keep up to date with folks back home. We are looking forward to a return trip, I can thoroughly recommend Casa Bengeo.

Great apartment , very well equipped with everything you might need. Very comfortable bed. Amazing views from the very spacious terrace. John was extremely helpful with directions and recommendations for bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

An excellent apartment to spend your holidays in Nerja!
This apartment must be one of the best for your holiday in Nerja. We are using this for the 5th year in a row now, and are always very satified. Excellent location. Good quality. Very good support and follow-up by the owner. The apartment is already on our schedule for use in the years to come!

Absolutely Perfect in all aspects from the apartment,location and interaction with John the owner
This is our 6th visit to Nerja and by far our best. The apartment is perfect, as previous reviews had stated a home from home in all aspects. The outside balcony and space is the highlight brilliant views and perfect for relaxing with a cold beer or wine and BBQ. Having stayed Nerja previously location is perfect easy access to Burriana beach even the steps up and down you get used to and walk into Town is straight forward just suggest a pit stop for a quick drink on route to keep you refreshed!! John the owner was brilliant, quick to respond back on any enquiries and very accomodating. In summary easily 5 star’s will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family.

Fabulous holiday apartment!
This apartment really is a home from home, it is fantastically equipped and the view from the terrace is so wonderful. The apartment is perfectly located for easy access to the beach or a leisurely stroll in the town. If you like to relax and do your own thing still feeling as comfortable as if you are in your own home we would recommend this property, we even had a day we didn’t even go out but relaxed on the terrace!! Definitely on our list for a future visit and the only place I would stay if returning to Nerja.

This was our 2nd holiday in 708 Capistrano Playa, we have a great 3 week stay in this apartment, the apartment is so well equipped with everything you could need , like a home from home. Once again we will be back .

Beautiful apartment with lovely views
This apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a good holiday. The beds are really comfortable for a good nights sleep. The balcony was lovely to relax on and has stunning views. The owner was very helpful before our departure with advice on travel and any other questions we had. Overall the apartment was like home from home but better. There is a local bus stop in the urbinisation which takes you into nerja town centre for only one euro. We travelled by bus from malaga airport to malaga and then from malaga bus station to nerja town which in total cost us nine euro each, tnen we took a taxi to our apartment for five euro. It was simple and cheap to travel this way and staff at bus station are very helpful. I would definately reccommend this apartment to all my friends and family and hope to be able to return to it in the near future.

Appartement très confortable, joli, et vraiment bien équipé. La grande terrasse est une merveille. La proximité de la plage représente un vrai bonus. Et la gérante Isabel est très serviable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location.

We spent six wonderful weeks in this apartment (mid Feb. to end March 2023). What we liked very much: the apartment being situated in the centre of this outstanding residential complex; the beautiful view and the surroundings with lovely garden; the large terrace; the TV with so many channels; the first class wifi; the modern, well equipped kitchen; the nice little round table in front of the main window to have breakfast in the morning sun; the good bathroom with plenty of hot water and enough storage space; the good bed in the main sleeping room. We recommend this apartment to everybody who likes beauty and can manage the stairs down to the beach. Thank you John for your kindness and good cooperation. We hope to be able to come back next year.

Parfait !

Point de chute ideal
Bien placé au centre du complexe, cet appartement offre toutes les commodites nécessaires pour être parfaitement autonome et apprécier ses vacances très confortablement. La résidence "privé" est calme, bien fréquentée et proche de tout, surtout des plages sauvages vers l'est.
