Located in the coveted Parador Area, this property is the ideal retreat for families looking to have Nerja at their feet without sacrificing tranquillity. Here, the routine is simple: have breakfast in the courtyard of the Bajamar residential complex to start the day and end it on the upper terrace, lighting the barbecue while the children enjoy the communal swimming pool.



The Property: Two-storey holiday home with sun terrace. It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor (two with double beds and one with two single beds) with high-quality mattresses and a full bathroom with shower. On the main floor is the living-dining room, separate kitchen and a guest toilet.



Indoor and outdoor living: The house stands out for its three distinct outdoor spaces: a welcoming courtyard at street level, a bright lounge with high-speed internet and international TV to unwind, and the jewel in the crown: a private rooftop terrace. Great location

This apartment suits us very well, it's in a very quiet area and is convenient for all the places we like to visit. It's great having a dishwasher and washing machine, and everything else we need. The heater in the living room isn't very effective, and a heater in the bathroom would be useful in cooler weather.

The location is excellent. Good position on the Bajamar II. Lovely spacious home. Large living/dining area with kitchen. 3 double bedrooms and bathroom 1st floor although would benefit from a second full bathroom if 6 adults sharing. Great roof space sun all day. And a great space outside the front area for socialising. The continuous daily shouting and arguing from the neighbouring premises needs to be addressed. 5am it starts the goes through the day til late. Having stayed here twice and in the next door complex a few times this has worsened.

Lovely quiet place to stay

We enjoyed our two weeks here, it is very comfortable, and amazingly quiet at night so we slept very well. The patio and roof terrace are lovely places to sit out, with the scent of jasmine and lemon blossom. The service from the Casasol office was very good. We would prefer a double duvet on the bed rather than two single ones.

Found Casa Sol excellent - very easy to get things done, to contact and very responsive. House was nicer than in the photos which is unusual! Definitely use Casa Sol again.

Great position and clean comfortable accommodation.

The property itself is well maintained and has a high standard of cleanliness. On arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of fizz, a large bar of chocolate and a bottle of water. The position of the property is literally 5 minutes walk to town, 2 minutes to the local supermarket and local bars, and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. However, we were not told that the pool was shut for repainting and therefore could not be used (even though the pool was full of water and roped off , but no workman/painter in sight!). The other thing is parking, in the week I was there I only once got to park my car on the same street as the property is in! It is almost impossible to park and I had to trawl the streets to find a space, the closest I got was about 5 minutes walk away and the furthest was nearly 15 minutes walk. So, I would suggest that you either don't hire a car or be prepared to walk a while to get to your car. Saying that though my stay was during xmas week when the locals were probably not working, so they stayed at home all day. Either way there is nothing the owners can do about it, but I think a warning with reference to the lack of parking should be put in the property advertisement. If asked if I would stay here again, I can only say yes as the good points far outweigh the bad! Had a great time thanks!!

Perfect location within easy reach of the town centre and beaches. The accommodation looked exactly as it did in the photographs. On arrival we were made very welcome by our host Jose. The surrounding gardens and pool were very well maintained. The gated entrance made us feel very secure and the two private terraces were appreciated by us over the week. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
