### Apartment 'Alina' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The holiday home Casa Alina in Nerja is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with views of the Mediterranean Sea. The 100 m² property consists of a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, so it can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning and a washing machine. A cot and a high chair are also available upon prior request and for an additional fee. This holiday home offers a private outdoor area with a garden, two terraces (one of them glazed), a rooftop terrace and a balcony.  
  
You have access to a refreshing shared pool (open from Easter until the end of summer) for hot days. The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court 15 minutes away on foot. A maximum of one pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. One of the terraces is glazed.  
  
Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water usage at the time of your visit, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation or limit the use of tap water.
