It is on the first floor, the access is by stairs. The nearest beach is a 450-metre walk away, Burriana beach, with a wide range of beach bars, international restaurants, cafes, chill-out, bars, souvenir shops. The centre is about 15 minutes walk away, along the way you will find access to several more private coves, reaching the emblematic Balcón de Europa. As it is close to the centre you do not need a car, so we can offer you a transfer service from or to the airport. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the Balcon de Europa where there are countless restaurants, shops and bars. Everything feels very authentic and you really feel part of the culture. The beach has so many activities. We went kayaking where a tour guide took us around the rocks and caves (only costs 20 euro and was an 8 min walk from the apartment). The apartment had a fantastic pool and the terrace was the perfect place to relax. It was extremely clean and has great air conditioning. The check in and out process was so easy and communicated a lot through WhatsApp which made it very easy if we had any questions etc. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed which really made it a home from home experience. I couldn’t believe how amazing the apartment was and for the price! The balcony is really nice, bouganvillia on the ballustrade and place for drying your clothes. The bed was big and comfortable. Our host Kathrin was professional, communication flawless. We were there in February and the A/C units which doubled as fan heaters worked fine to keep us warm when it got cold.
