The property is distributed over three floors (stairs). Upon entering the ground floor, you access a dining room that leads to a fully equipped independent kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary kitchen crockery and utensils. This floor also has a guest toilet and access to an interior courtyard. On the first floor is the main bedroom, furnished with a double bed and access to a small balcony. On this same floor is the main bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and overhead shower, as well as a washing machine. The second floor offers a second bedroom with two single beds and a cosy living room furnished with a two-seater sofa, an armchair and a television with both Spanish and international channels. From this floor, you can also access a small balcony. On the top floor are two private terraces: one facing south, equipped with an outdoor dining table, barbecue and parasol, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals; and another facing north, furnished with two sun loungers and an outdoor sofa, perfect for relaxing or sunbathing.
