The Algarrobo residential complex is located in the Capistrano area, well-connected with the town centre and its beaches. It is a very peaceful area, with a beautiful communal swimming pool. With capacity for 4-5 people, this two-storey terraced house has two elegantly distributed bedrooms on the ground floor: one room with a double bed and an extra single bed, and another room with two single beds, ensuring restful sleep for everyone. On this floor, we find a family bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. From the main bedroom, you can access a covered terrace with garden furniture and swings, as well as a patio/garden with sun loungers and a shower. The day area is located on the second floor.
