Situated in the quiet and beautiful residential area Pueblo Chimenea, a 10-minute walk to Nerja’s famous Burriana Beach. (Downhill) The apartment is close to one of the main supermarkets “.Mercadona” and is within easy reach of public transport links. To access the property, there is a small road with a dead end and on the right, down 5 steps is the apartment which comprises of the following: Independent and well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all of the necessary crockery and cooking utensils. Open plan living – dining room which features two comfortable two-seater sofas, TV with Spanish and international channels, WIFI, Air conditioning, patio doors allowing plenty of natural light to come in and giving access to the terrace. A modern and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, this is where the washing machine is located and there is also a separate guest toilet. Two bedrooms, one of which is fitted with two single beds, built-in wardrobes and AC. The other bedroom (Master bedroom) is fitted with a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes, AC and patio doors. From the living room and master bedroom is direct access to a large south-facing terrace with an outdoor dining area and sunbeds. From here there is access via a spiral staircase to a private roof terrace with outstanding sea views and sun all day. There is also a set of table and chairs on this terrace.
