It features a living-dining area with a sofa bed (available on request, extra charge), air conditioning, and a 42” Smart TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, and more. There is 1 main bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning, as well as 1 full bathroom with a shower. On the rooftop of the building, you’ll find a shared sun terrace with sun loungers and a small communal pool, shared with only 16 apartments. There are also toilets available on the solarium. Maximum capacity: 4 guests. Located in central Nerja, just 150 m from Torrecilla Beach, this apartment offers easy access to everything on foot. You’ll find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and all essential services nearby. The Balcón de Europa is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the area is well connected by public transport and local tourist routes. \- Pets are NOT ALLOWED. \- Maximum capacity: 4 guests.
