### Villa Divinia - 19th century luxury villa by MyWaycation

Perched atop island of Brač, this charming villa offers stunning panoramic views of the island's western side. Built before 1890, it blends traditional stone architecture with modern, elegant design. The villa spans 190 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. It features four bedrooms—two on the ground floor and two in a stylish gallery—along with two fully equipped kitchens, two inviting living rooms, and three spacious bathrooms. Outdoors, enjoy a heated pool with a generous sun deck, a jacuzzi, and a sauna for ultimate relaxation. Two covered terraces provide space for dining and lounging, while the outdoor barbecue invites you to savor alfresco meals in the tranquil setting. With its mix of historical charm, modern comfort, and breathtaking views, this villa is a perfect getaway on the beautiful island of Brač.  
In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. There is availability for two more guests on the sofa bed,if necessary.  
Once a hub of administration and commerce and a residence for nobility, the quaint village of Nerežišća remains a significant cultural and historical landmark on the island of Brač. Perched on the island’s largest slope, the village enjoys stunning views. Its charm is further enhanced by grand stone mansions, winding streets, and intimate squares, creating a picturesque and timeless atmosphere. The closest beach is just a short 5-minute drive away.  
For transparency: please account for a 300 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age. Please inquire about pets.
