"This is a beautiful home for a family vacation! PLEASE BE AWARE: parking is not on sight, only on street (if available). You will receive two parking permits for your car that need to be displayed - we had 4 cars so had to cross fingers and toes we didn't get a ticket (which, thankfully we didn't). The house is great for a beach vacation- the beach is directly across the street and is quiet and clean! The aquarium is not far as well as cute restaurants. The house is very clean and gorgeous. Overall- a great trip!"

"This is a spectacular property in every sense. Dawn is extremely responsive, even as I peppered her with questions! We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties, and some have some of the qualities found here, but none so far have them all. This property has it all! We honestly didn't want to leave! We chose it based on location and listed amenities. Dawn has this house stocked and clean. We cook a lot for being on vacation, mainly due to being Celiac, and this house had tons of those little add-ons you forget to bring like oils and spices. It has a plethora of excellent cookware including glass pans which we use at home all the time! There should not be a week that goes by that this place is not rented! I wish it was closer to our home becuase I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Dawn, for a great stay!"

"We organized a long weekend with friends from out of state, and can’t recommend this house enough. It was spacious, yet cozy - everyone had their own rooms, we drank coffee on the porch every morning, cooked dinner together, played games on the lawn and stayed up late talking in the sun room. It was only a 15 minute drive to Mystic and the neighborhood/ neighbors were lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better house and kept saying all weekend how beautiful it was. We would definitely come back!"

"Two years ago we stayed in this neighborhood and loved it. However this home was perfect for our family. It was spacious and extremely clean, the first floor bedroom and bathroom worked really well for us. Everything you could possibly need or want is in this home, from the kitchen appliances to the towels, the beautiful artwork and knickknacks, the overall space. The deck off the bedroom, the outside area in the front and back of the house, including the flowers and landscaping was lovely. We loved the enclosed front porch. Access to the private beach is a plus, we have met several neighbors over the years! Our only regret is that we didn’t have as much time to enjoy this home, the beach and its surroundings, as we spent many hours in Mystic at dance nationals. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely return!"
