Hotel was fantastic. The suite was clean and well kept, staff is quick to bring any requested extras like towels. Hot tub and arcade were a huge bonus and much needed. Didn’t use the pool or fire pit but it’s great that it has those amenities plus more. Only minor improvement could be parking but they do have an overflow parking location and a shuttle at least

If I could leave no stars I would. The furniture was old looking and some pieces were broken. The room had insects. When you get there they pressure you into doing the sales tour, even if you book straight through Expedia or other sites. The water park is NOT included, all reviews that said it did….LIED! You have to pay $25-$30 per person to get in. Then they get you with, if you do the tour we will give you gift cards to spend on the property, but guess what you cannot use it for….yep that’s right the water park! Even though they told me I could at first. They are liars here!! Horrible customer service and they try to trap you into buying a timeshare….NEVER!! Timeshare is nothing but owning air. You do NOT own real property as much as they try to say “well we give you a deed for the property”. No you are giving me a deed granting me a certain amount of TIME per year at a specified property, NOT deeding me property rights.
