"Location is amazing. Property even better. One negative is that there is no property parking, so you have to park on the side streets and walk to property. And since its peak of the season, it was impossible to find close parking spot. So we had to drive in circles for hour or so. Google maps was unhelpful since the house is tucked in. But thats how split is, million and one of small intertwined one way streets. Once we found it we had a good laugh because it was so close. Definitely would stay...

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment so close to the historic centre of Split . We really enjoyed the pretty private courtyard and access to the big wonderfully jetted hot tub. Inside the apartment the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped and the whole unit was gleamingly clean. Bonus--there was a great bakery across the street and a small grocery just down the street. We would highly recommend this accommodation."

"My family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights. We loved it! 2 floors and 3 bedrooms worked out well and 2 bathrooms was plenty for us. Enjoyed the living spaces upstairs and down and the hot tub was much appreciated and used after a canyoneering trip. Decor was loved by our 4 daughters, which says a lot for the space. "We had a change of plans the day of our arrival and found this hotel last minute, luckily they had rooms and tbh this hotel was much better than the one we originally booked and had to cancel, I believe it all worked out perfectly. The staff was amazing and always made up our rooms when we would get back after a long day."

"We stayed at this property for one night my wife and I and we enjoyed every moment of it. The room was very large, immaculately clean, and hot water. The staff were friendly at all times and it was great our room was ready early. The location is perfectly located right in the heart of all the action to experience restaurants, bars and shops, it is also very quiet. Definitely would recommend :)"

"Rooms were clean, staff helpful. Unfortunately some spa amenities were out of order and couldn’t be used. There is an odour coming from the spa to the floors - something is wrong with the air flow in the hotel and needs to be addressed by the management. The food at restaurant was below our expectations. Don’t order fish there - it wasn’t eatable, but we were charged anyway…"

"Location was great walking distance to Palace, Local Beach Club, Train and Cruise Dock. Room was nice with a nice size bathroom and shower. Furniture was a bit strange, the desk had an inclined gaming style chair, but the side chair was comfortable. The mattress, although comfortable, needed to be higher in the bed frame. The rooftop seating was lovely at night to bring your own drink for a nightcap. Staff were helpful, specifically Martina was extremely friendly and informative."

"This hotel is perfect. Clean, modern, perfectly located in the middle of the old town and the Split promenade beaches. The breakfast is just perfect, the rooms are big, clean, AC works great, the staff is friendly and professional. The rooftop pool has amazing views . Can’t recommend it enough."
