Villa Latchi View has magnificent panoramic views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour. The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breath-taking views. Take a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside.   
 The villa has modern feel, furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.   
 Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area that enjoys spectacular sea views and soft furnishings, a satellite TV and a DVD player. The dining area seats 6, and the contemporary kitchen features all the main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub are also located on the ground floor.   
 A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to two further bedrooms, one twin and one double, with en-suite shower rooms.   
 Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with a fabulous private pool surrounded by various plants and trees. There is ample space for sunbathing and outside dining, and a winding staircase leads up to an open first-floor roof terrace area, where you can enjoy the late afternoon sun.   
 This villa is magnificent in every way and is in one of the most picturesque areas of Cyprus.   
  
 Important Information - For your own safety please do not walk, sit or stand on the open pool ledge as it contains a drop of 1.3m, ensure children remain supervised at all times. Please note this property contains horizontal railings (ladder effect) and an external spiral staircase to the roof terrace. Please ensure that children do not climb the rails and remain supervised at all times.
