Large, bright ground-level private studio guesthouse in a custom-built executive mountain home. Cool in the summer, cozy in the winter. Newly renovated, well-appointed, and fully-stocked for long or short-term living. Featuring a new queen-sized bed, a comfortable sectional that converts to a double sofabed, modern, comfortable furniture, a well-equipped full-sized kitchen and large, bright windows. Enjoy your private patio in the spring, summer and fall with a seasonal seating area, fire pit which is yours exclusively to use, and garden. The space is equipped with a smart TV, wifi, board games, colouring books, and activities, as well as in-suite laundry facilities equipped with a washer and dryer. Plus storage for your bike, skis, or kayak! We are listed on another platform and have over 100 reviews, with a 4.90 average! We live upstairs with our school-aged children, so you will likely hear some noise from time to time (e.g., footsteps, chitter chatter), but we try our best to be respectful of those below us.
