With Air Conditioning! Guests have access to their own off street parking as well as private front and rear patios. This suite is brand new in a house built in 2019\. Be some of the first guests to enjoy this clean space with executive finishes. The suite is centrally located on a quiet, dead-end street in Nelson BC. Walking distance to downtown and close to local biking and hiking trails and beautiful kootenay lake. High speed wifi allows this space to be great for remote working. King sized bed in a dark and quiet large bedroom for a restful sleep. Smart tv to relax in front on a comfortable oversized couch that can easily be used as a third sleeping space. We felt at home and relaxed especially since the neighbourhood is quiet and family-oriented. Although the grounds have not yet been fully landscaped, the front deck has to be 400 to 500 square feet with a view to the mountain on the other side of the lake, and we found ourselves having coffee, eating snacks, or reading on the deck. You had to drive to Baker Street and the downtown area of Nelson but it was easy to find parking and we were close to the grocery stores for shopping as well as to the main bridge, named "Bob". I'm sure some more ambitious people could walk to Baker Street. It was easy to communicate with Michelle and she always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Erica S.
