The bathroom is modern and clean (but as a recent convert to bidet attachments, I wished this was present). The bed is rather firm, which is my preferred. There is enough closet space. I'm ignorant of the modern TV internet/streaming channels options, so I wish there were instructions on how to operate the TV, but I eventually figured it out. The AC is a bit loud but there is a white remote that permits turning it off (and the owner mentions this in instructions). There is an iron and ironing board in the closet so you don't have to worry about clothes from the trip. Plenty of glassware, plates, pots, pans, bowls, etc. Keurig and traditional coffee maker with many K-cups, popcorn, and hot cocoa. The hosts clearly thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant and easy as possible. Sleeping: King-sized bed and pull-out sofa were great for our family of 4\. There were plenty of extra blankets, towels, and pillows. Extras: A good selection of DVDs for when it rained and we couldn't ski. Also had an XBox 360 for the kids. Wifi was fast and consistent. Dual temperature controls for main area and bedroom. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Ritta was also very, very responsive, even before our trip when I had some questions about the stay, as well as checking in during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Unlike many VRBOs where a management company is in charge, Ritta is the owner and goes out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful stay.Despite a rainy ski trip, we had a wonderful stay! ##### Michael C.
