Very old plug multipliers so worn I could not keep laptop plugged in. Complained to front desk staff and told “not my pay grade “. Rained and water leaked on my floor hallway . Entrance so small auto has tough time getting through. Restaurant ok but closed at. 2pm several days per week. Closed for “private event “ with no notice. We paid average 400 per night for pay experience.

The staff person, Sarah, was very helpfull and friendly. She not only showed her caring for guests but also was willing to solve problems that occurred during our stay at the Watergate hotel. We appreciated her hospitality and caring.
