This home is walking distance to Lake Arrowhead Clubhouse. Be sure to stop in there for a great bite to eat outside on the patio or inside the brand new clubhouse. Don't forget to bring your suit to take a refreshing dip in the pool on those hot summer days! In the winter time, access the same trail which gets groomed for cross country skiing. All toys invited! ATV's , snowmobiles and bicycles will account for adventure.

Fun golf trip

This is an excellent property if you are planning a golf trip to this area. It's a clean, well-equipped and spacious house with a nice deck for grilling. There are many golf courses in the area to choose from as well.

Very clean. Great to work with!

Clean and well maintained. Close to town and other bars and restaurants. Great communication with owners. Would defiantly go back. The only thing I would say is that they need a bigger TV.

Very nice accommodation.Clean and less than 10 minute walk to the awesome clubhouse where there is a big pool with a snack and drink bar. Nice restaurant and a large bar with an outdoor patio and another much smaller bar. The LA passes make staying here a bonus due to there being two pools and three beaches on the lake. There are two golf courses and tennis and pickleball courts as well.

This house was clean as a pin, better than advertised. Great location for golf whether Lake Arrowhead or Sand Valley. We could not have been happier with our decision. I will request this house again on our next visit.

Golf Vacation

4 senior golfers for 3 night stay. Only issue, with only 3 bdrms, one unlucky person gets the futon. Very clean and very nice. Nice deck to enjoy an evening beverage while somewhat seeing golfers (through the trees) on the ninth fairway. Great experience overall!

We had a great experience with Cottage Keepers' Inn on the Nines. House was clean and well maintained. We did much cooking and found everything we needed. The golf course was welcoming and provided good service. The only thing I struggled with was the key lock. All eight of us would return again! Jim Hankes

Everything was perfect. Very clean, don’t let the pictures fool you! All recently updated! We saw 2 deer pass the patio window. We were there pretty much just to sleep. But it was nice to have a house vs motel!!!

Perfect for a golf weekend with friends

We were very pleased with the home. It was clean and in a perfect location. We do wish that the beds had been more comfortable. They do not seem to be good quality or are just very worn out. Made for some difficult nights.

What a charming house

What a charming place, with every amenity you'd need for a great time with friends and family. We were 5 men there for the "guy's" hunting weekend and had so much fun reminiscing. We cooked and ate and drank our fill, in such a comfortable surrounding. We will absolutely be back, maybe in warmer weather next time and get in some golf. There were so many nice touches to the place, it felt like being in one of our homes, rather than in a VRBO. We had one, little hiccup the first night and our hosts were on it immediately and had it taken care of in hours. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Family get a way

Quick family get a way, great location! Posting says four bedroom but one is just the loft/landing with no privacy just an area at the top of the stairs with a twin bed. Only two small issues with our stay. First the bed in one of the rooms collapsed/fell apart when we got there and mattress fell to the floor. Second, the other first floor bedroom had dirty bedding, when we pulled pack the covers it had hair all over. We had to pull the bedding and wash. Overall nice house and great company to work with.
