Inside, you'll find a large and spacious living area with high, vaulted ceilings, attractive and comfy furniture, lots of natural light, and clean carpeted floors. The wood-burning fireplace will keep everything toasty during those frosty winter evenings and the central AC will ensure a cool home during the summer. When you're not out at the beach or fishing Lake Arrowhead, hang out in the entertainment area to watch a good DVD or Netflix movie on the large TV. Use the small and major appliances in the full kitchen to prepare a few delicious side dishes then fire up the private gas grill to throw a little char on today's fresh catch. There is seating available at the breakfast bar, the dining table has seating for more guests, and you can always take your meals al-fresco on the furnished screened-in porch. This is a great location, very quiet area with walking access to the beach. Lots of outdoor sitting locations on the deck or screened porch. Comfortable bed for sleeping and the added portable fan in the bedroom is great for those of us who use a fan year round regardless of the weather. There were enough kitchen amenities to make your stay good if you were cooking in. Plenty of linens for a full load of guests. Unfortunately the home has been well lived in. The carpets in the main living/dining area and hallway have stains, wall paper in the primary bath is peeling in various locations, a chair had torn upholstery and drip trays under the stove coils needs replaced. The beds weee comfortable and the evenings were quiet. It was fairly close to miniature golf and a small grocery store. We even enjoyed the fireworks close by on the lake!
