The rooms have been updated since our last visit, are tastefully done and comfortable. The food was tasty, with a nice variety and all of the offerings were constantly refilled. The location is perfect -- it is in easy walking distance to the main promenade, the marina and to downtown. Great amenities such as free parking and wi-fi, a nice work-out facility, entertainment at night and drinks and cake/cookies in the lobby in the afternoons. I cannot recommend the Ceasar highly enough." The breakfast had very good variety, including an espresso bar. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the lack of a laundry room. They had a laundry service, but the prices were very high (e.g. $14 USD for a pair of pants). Plus, you had to turn the clothes in before 9am and they wouldn't be delivered back until the evening of the NEXT day. If you wanted it the same evening, that was an additional 50% ($21 per pair of pants).
