However, there are parts that still haven’t been renovated and are quite shocking, like the spa — Isrotel charges for the hotel’s spa, and it’s terrible; the appearance and overall condition are really not good. The food also needs improvement, especially the desserts, where there is clearly no investment at all — neither at breakfast nor at dinner."
