The fenced-in yard offers safety and privacy. The sandy swimming lake is just 100 feet away, providing a great place for children. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need, including two kayaks, a beach wagon, chairs, a cooler, a gas barbecue, and more. The location is super central, just 10 miles from Marquette, 57 miles from Pictured Rock, and 88 miles from Houghton. End your day in the enclosed, well-furnished outdoor backyard or enjoy the game room in the converted garage. It includes ping pong, games, and children's toys, providing entertainment for all ages. Located in Negaunee, just 10 minutes from downtown Marquette, the location is convenient to local grocery stores. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, including hiking and biking at the Al Quaal Recreation area. It's perfect for day trips to Pictured Rock and Houghton, so you can truly experience all that the Upper Peninsula has to offer. Please note that there is a two-bedroom apartment above the garage, and each unit has a unique electronic lock for added security. The game room and fenced backyard can only be accessed from inside the three-bedroom house. You'll have exclusive access to the backyard with an outdoor table and chairs as well as the game room. No cats Maximum two dogs We’re happy to host you and your furry friend—dogs are very welcome here, and there’s plenty of room for them to feel at home. We just ask that pups stay off the beds to help us keep everything fresh for all our guests.
