The backyard was wonderful - fully fenced and shaded - we spent a lot of time outside. My only suggestion is window treatments in two of the the bedrooms that block out light. Since just the two of us and the dog, we didn't even use the upstairs ... our choice. The ONLY small negative was that the bed on the lower level was a little saggy in the middle. Nice quiet area and clean neighborhood. We didn't have much time to spend exploring the area but I would come back and spend a few days looking around more.
