" What a gem! Amanda’s funky Old Arvada spot oozes personality in all the best ways. She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!"

"Excellent stay in a clean & comfy, pet-friendly cabin with character, all newly redone inside and outside, and set within a fantastic overlook of the Colorado River. The host is super friendly and very helpful. The house is remodeled with love for detail and a professional touch. The inside is much more spacious than the outside lets on. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. If you stay here you will feel like home, and you will never really want to leave. A great getaway place close to Grand...

"My teenage son and I visited Longmont and had a great stay here. The hosts were very helpful and attentive, made sure we had all we needed, etc.. I'd be glad to book with them again. We had dinner and (I was able to walk down the hill for a beer at the end of the day) at one of the little neighborhood eateries, and my son managed to take a bus back to the house from downtown Longmont (a mile or two away) one afternoon when I had a meeting and he just wanted to get back to the unit. A great stay....

"This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. "
