There is a community pool, fire pit and plenty of outdoor activities. For the adventurous, there's a steep path (yes, it's steep but worth the effort) to a private dock, where you can fish or simply enjoy the stunning views. Whether you’re on the water, exploring nearby hiking trails or lounging on the back deck, this Lake James haven is the perfect place to create lasting memories with loved ones.

Summer gathering at the Overlook Lake James

Enjoyed staying in this brand new home on a ridge overlooking Lake James. The home was spacious and modern, but also warm and inviting to sit and look out the big windows while gathered for a meal. A bonus was the private dock which provided nice access to Lake James. Everyone has a nice space to spread out, but also a great place for family and friends to spend time together.

Well appointed home in a great location. There is a beautiful deck/dock at the bottom of the hill, however the hill is steep so it is a hike to get to. Alternatively, there is a neighborhood pool and boat dock, which is a four minute drive from the property. We used this dock to launch our boat and jet skis and it worked great.
