Child friendly, cosy house, 2 storeys, built in 1940, renovated in 2000, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 houses in the residence. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, in the countryside. Private: property 300 m2, swimming pool (above ground) round (3,6 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 31.Aug.). Basketball, volleyball, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the complex: table football, trampoline, central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the grounds (100 m via unmade road). Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 6 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop "Nebahovy" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Riding stable 300 m, walking paths from the house 10 m. Er is veel ruimte. Vriendelijke gastheer. Veel speelgoed. Het dartbord was bij ons populair en het zwembad. Er zijn wat dingen wat ouderwets is,maar dat heeft zijn charme. De bbq plek is ook erg gezellig. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt en de hondjes ook.

Schöner Urlaub am Waldrand

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden das Objekt wieder mieten sollte sich die Gelegenheit bieten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ist nicht luxuriös aber dem Preis entsprechend ausreichend. Für die Kinder gab es verschiedene Spielmöglichkeiten. Das beste an dem Objekt war für uns aber die Lage, es handelt sich um ein einzelnes Gehöft am Waldrand, die nächsten Nachbarn sind auf dem ca. 300m entfernten Pferdehof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gab es in der ca. 8km entfernten Stadt. Alles in allem waren wir positiv überrascht und können uns nur bei unsern Vermietern für ihre Gastfreundschaft bedanken.
