Superb stay at Llanerch Vineyard Hotel, rooms were modern and spacious, the restaurant food was first class as was the service. Would love to go back and recommend.

On arrival at the room the heating was poor. The night manager quickly attended and brought extra heating....thanks t him for dealing with things promptly.

I would have rated this property 10/10 but I was woken twice by next door by them simply going to the toilet.

My husband was having an operation in the hospital up the road so I was on my own. I felt very safe there and the staff were welcoming and polite. My room was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely come here again

The room was excellent. It was spacious, fully equiped with a lovely aspect. The restaurant provided a lovely meal in pleasant surroundings. Best of all were the courteous and helpful staff. We will return.

The rooms are excellent, warm floors, comfortable beds and pillows. The place has a serene atmosphere, you can feel yourself relaxing even when checking in!

Poor food.
Been coming for years I used to look forward to the great food at the restaurant. Now I don’t. It’s reheated pub food with a nicely presented menu. So very disappointing.

Llanerch Vineyard Hotel is a lovely place. We loved our stay. Staff were so friendly, attentive and professional. Food was gorgeous. So was the wine. The room had a very warm and calm Wabi Sabi feel and atmosphere. Designed with nature in mind. 2 only minor issues were the pillows were not very comfortable and the layout of the toilet within the bathroom made it problematic to reach the toilet roll. That said the standard and appearance was excellent.

Disappointed
I loved the room and the service. Regrettably the food was a bitter disappointment. I made a habit of going to the Llanech Vinyard Hitel because of the food. On this visit I made the mistake of ordering the slow cooked turkey. It was presented as an industrial slice of a sausage , consisting of thin slices of turkey bacon and stuffing. Why one needs to cook stuffing slowly was not explained Rather put me off, the food and the lack of reply.

Overnight stay
We had a wonderful night staying in one of the chalet type rooms...it had all we needed and was so comfortable as well as being very stylish. Food in bar and restaurant also very good. Definitely recommend

Enjoyed our stay. Room was lovely, staff were excellent. Meal in the evening was lovely. Breakfast was a let down. Had full english breakfast, it was all over cooked, and looked and tasted like had been cooked and reheated up. Apart from that we really enjoyed

Staff were excellent and attentive from the moment I arrived till I left. Room was much bigger than I expected and the breakfast is a must! Only downside was the inconsiderate guest that had the volume on the tv too loud at midnight but this is not the fault of the hotel or their staff.

Beautiful setting. Comfortable bed and lots amenities in the bedroom. Breakfast good. Shame about the paper thin walls as otherwise a pleasant stay. Take time to explore the area and grounds.

Comfortable, modern room with a fan, which is a godsend for woman of a certain age .Excellent shower facilities and plenty of towels and a nice soft dressing gown and slippers. Visited after a stay in hospital and still recuperating. Very relaxing and peaceful. Liz on reception was very helpful and welcoming, happy to help and very smiley and friendly

Amazing, and will return.
This was and over night stop over on our way home and to spend some time in Cardiff. We was greeted in a warm and friendly manor and was very happy to arrange our breakfast for the next morning, During our stay the staff in the bar, restaurant and front reception was amazing, always happy to help and had a friendly smile. The location was good, just off the M4 motor way, the building and grounds were amazing. I could not fault at all, luxury rooms with an amazing view.
