Welcome to “Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande”! Located in Néant-sur-Yvel, Brittany, Gîte Cœur de Brocéliande offers a 31 m² house, perfect for 2 guests. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed; on the ground floor, there’s a bathroom with a shower. The private kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo machine. On request at booking, the mezzanine can be set up with a single bed or a baby cot. A private TV is available for your relaxation.  
  
The house is ideally located for exploring the sites and legends of Brocéliande and is close to a greenway, perfect for scenic walks. Shared parking for one vehicle is available in front of the house.  
  
You can bring your own bed linen or rent it on arrival, available for an extra fee. The accommodation must be left as you found it. If you prefer not to clean, a cleaning service is offered for an extra fee. We look forward to welcoming you!
