It was an excellent stay, all around!

When we got off the uber, the driver said this is one of the very nice hotels in town. It is true evertthing about this hotel is perfect. Very nice hotel, rooms are very modern. Our room, the toilet and shower has separate compartments ( with doors). The spa is great, breakfast has a good selection of food. All the staff from front desk, breakfast and the spa are very friendly. It also has shuttle that takes you to city centre and back. It runs every hour, but it’s not all day long, you need to check the schedule at the front desk every day. The negative thing I need to say is the location is a bit out off the way. It is a 18-20 mins walk to the metro. Or you can take the bus #31 across the street into city. The neighborhood is not very nice it is next to some auto repair shops and some abandoned buildings.

The hotel is fine, although some wear is visible. The staff was VERY helpful with every request. The selection of rooms is excellent. We stayed in a mini suite, with a door between the two rooms, which is a nice touch, when you travel with kids. The beds were a touch too soft for our taste, so if you don't like a soft bed, this is not for you. Unfortunately the sofa bed (for the kids) was quite squeaky and uncomfortable, so although we had a good room, not everyone slept well. The breakfast was quite underwhelming. Most notably, most of the warm food was not served warm at all. I think the scrambled eggs were the only thing that was actually held at a reasonable temperature.
