The Resort Manager, Juleana was amazing, extremely kind and helpful. Tried her best to accommodate us. The cleaning staff was good. The hotel is extremely old and the rooms are not renovated. The plumbing needs to be redone. My shower did not drain the water quickly although maintenance came up twice with a toilet plunger to plunge the water. When turning on the water in the shower the head moves and spray the water out of the tub. You have to hold the shower spray when taking a shower. The cooling in the room was noisy. The hallway vents dripped due to humidity and condensation. The elevator landing and hallways smells terribly and lacks cooling. The grounds are not maintained and the resort do not have valet parking, no welcome drinks when you check in and the area by the ice cream store smells of fish. The location is excellent only for the beach and the entire staff works extremely hard to accommodate the guest. The end result is that the hotel owner needs to spend the money to renovate the resort. The staff can only do so much. Mr. Carras, if you renovate the resort and have water activities plus have better selection of restaurants we will return. Until then, Noooo….I would definitely hire Juleana to work for me in NYC to manager million dollar luxury buildings because she is a darn good manager. She knows her job well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the ON Residence. The location was excellent and near lots of good restaurants and bars. Our room had a sea view which was spectacular.
The staff were all very friendly and professional. The breakfast service was really good. We would recommend this hotel.

A lovely, family-run hotel located right in the heart of Polychrono. Parking can be a bit of a hassle if you aren’t familiar with where the hotel’s parking area is, so it’s worth checking in advance.
The hotel is somewhat dated and could definitely benefit from a renovation, but everything is well maintained, functional, and serves its purpose. The pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was fresh and offered a nice variety of options.
Overall, it was a lovely stay and the family-run atmosphere made it feel welcoming and memorable. My only recommendation would be to consider the location carefully when choosing the hotel, as Polychrono itself may not appeal to everyone. Personally, I think the hotel would be even more enjoyable if it were located in a different town.
That said, thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!
