"Room service was slow and they forgot my order one of the times. This hotel been around a long time but abandoned all the things that used to be good about 5 years ago. I will never stay here again."

"Otel çok kötü. Odalar eski ve bakımsız, duvarlarda çizimler var. Isıtma çalışmıyor, gerçekten çok kötü bir durum. Kanepeye oturduğunuzda, eskimiş ve çökmüş olduğu için kalkmakta zorlanıyorsunuz. Tüm bu sorunları resepsiyona bildirdik ancak hiçbir şey yapılmadı; sadece oda değişimi konusunda söz verdiler ama yerine getirmediler. Yemek yemek için boş bir tabak istedim, bunun için benden 200 TL servis ücreti aldılar. Bu arada kanepeye oturup kalktığımda, kanepe çok eski ve yıpranmış olduğu için giydiğim pantolon yırtıldı. Maalesef her şey olumsuzdu. Bu kesinlikle tekrar etmeyeceğim bir deneyim. Tüm gelecekteki misafirlerin bu durumu dikkate almasını öneri"

"Excellent and attentive staff, always friendly available. Awesome location, in front of a mall with every thing one might need additionally. Breakfast, though, could improve."

"I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ankara for one night with my children. We had booked a suite room, but the room we were given was just a standard room. They converted the sofa into a double bed. The breakfast was relatively good, but the bathroom was very old and needs renovation. Overall, the stay was not as expected for a suite booking."

"Staff is well trained, very polite and helpful. Hotel was very clean and newly decorated. Room was functional. I had limited time and did not have breakfast, so I don't know their performance but in Turkey it is usually good."
